The battlers are from the DS Plus Resource Pack, but here they appear to be bigger, I think? But I don't have anything against they style choices here. It's better than anything I could draw.
One thing I find strange is the smoothness of the gradients in the meters as compared to the very pixellated look of the sprites and font. I think it would look more consistent if the meters had a flat color.

I'm not hating on the styles themselves, I'm hating with how they are combined. They don't look like they match.
The reason is that the actor graphics are in both a different pixel resolution and are drawn in a more "chibi-like" kind of style compared to the battlers, which are a larger pixel resolution and sport a more exaggerated, stylized look.
That and Sailerius raises a good point about the meters.
Even double pixels on the characters would have helped, but I don't think the game would have been out in a week if she worried with that sort of stuff too much.
