A Tricky, Short, and Enjoyable Game

My playtime: ~30m to finish the game (i redo the game around 4 times)

Intro
GaMc is a short platformer game where you have to push switches in order to finish the game. There is also an additional task to find 9 golden goats to reach the "true ending". However, completing all goats won't be as easy as you think; you'll have to exploit some bugs in this game to get them all.

Music
IIRC, there is only one music and the music is very pleasant. It has an exploration vibe and sounds like retro games.

Graphics
The texts are lazily done; there are only white texts which is "slapped" on the screen. Although each maps are connected, some places confuse me because they doesn't seem to be linked to each other. The sprite itself is quite satisfactory, though.

The game
Initially, the game will start in 2x scaled screen, which will crop some part of the screen. I didn't know that you could change the setting by running config.exe.

Sometimes, the screen will flicker randomly. This could mess up the control if you are moving in this state so it's beter to just stop until things are calmed down.

There are some bugs in this game and while i was planning to list them all to get it fixed, shortly after, i found out that the bugs are intentional. You could say that it's somehow like this game's mechanics because you have to use the bugs in order to 100% the game. However, doing so will not be an easy feat. Finding the bugs alone will prove to be a challenge and you'll need to use your wits to get all golden goats with those bugs.

Why won't you come to papa?

You can grab two things. The first is a block, which is used to unlock switches and used as a platform. However, the blocks can be quite hard to find, because it looks like the background color. The second thing is a bomb, which will explode in a few second after you throw it.

Guess where the hidden rock is!

The ending itself is quite unsatisfactory because of the time limit constraint in a game jam. However, the ending screen itself satisfy me already.

Since the game doesn't have a main menu or something like that, you can't reset or save your game. The game will end abruptly as soon as you "finish" the game which is quite odd.

Pros:
- Intentional bugs
- Tricky puzzles

Cons:
- Screen flickering
- Unpolished ending

Conclusion
This is a short platformer game with some puzzles in it.
