Yo, guys! What's up?
I'm back continuing "If..." (someone will ask himself "back? why?" Well, because I was working on "False Friends" project, and since we are almost finished with it, I'm back continuing my main project). But I have a problem... And here you have to help me guys, 'cause I'm really undecided. I know in this moment you're like "I got it! Get to the point!!" Ok, so the point is that I don't know if I should put the "8 way movements" or if I just should let it normal how it is. "WHAAAT?! YOU CALL THAT A PROBLEM?!!" I know, I know! It's not that IMPORTANT but I'm undecided, since there are people who love it, and other that hate it! And the worst thing which makes me undecided is that the hero of the game doesn't have all the 8 movements graphics, so it's a bit strange... I don't know if you have understand, therefore I will upload a GIF in the next days so that you can understand what I mean.

Adding features to make gameplay is bad. Making gameplay that requires the feature is good.

Does your gameplay, puzzles, etc require 8-way movement? If not, then no. Leave it out. It's one more thing that will hinder your project and unless you specifically need it for certain puzzles, it's an unnecessary feature that can only result in bugs and wasted time. Nice to have, but only worth it if it has a purpose.

Oh thanks guys, for your comments!! Now I don't have any doubts anymore.
I thought it would have been more "realtistic" and "comfortable", and no I don't have any puzzles that requires it, so I think I will just let it out. Thanks for your advices, I appreciated :)
