- This game is currently: Cancelled -

Darato and Konata are two young siblings whose parents disappeared a long time ago after a ship hijacking in which they drifted away. In hopes of meeting them again, they embark on a long journey to find them, and as they pursue their wishes to see them again, deception and danger lies just around the corner...

Forgotten Wishes is a role-playing game with a strong traditional influence that features a rich story with interesting and distinguished characters, a variety of gameplay features such as a wide array of items, quests and skills, large dungeons and areas to explore, and an overall entertaining, fun adventure. Custom battle commands and tweaks, crafting systems and a detailed bestiary are just a few of this game's features.

The current version of the Forgotten Wishes demo (version 1.5) encases Chapter 1, and features between 2 and 3 hours of gameplay. You can download either the RTP or non-RTP version, whether you possess the RPG Maker VX RTP or not.

If you play through my demo and would like to post your thoughts on it and give feedback, please comment or write a review for it! I'll heartily appreciate it.

PS: Check the Forgotten Wishes topic at the boards for a more detailed description: http://www.rpgmaker.net/forums/index.php?topic=3018.0

As I said man, when I get the chance this will be my game to play!
I spy another game that uses Etoiler's battlers
I can't grasp whether this game is supposed to be a serious game or comedic?

I am pretty interested in hooking up sometime. Screw me.

What :(

It's a serious game. I believe I left some sorta dumb jokes around from its early development, I haven't seen comments in regards to this lately, but I can make it a bit more serious if it's still not quite so. <_<
There were a lot of weird stuff like "I'm teh master Alchemist" and The guy says something about teaching you how to play this "game" ...
Jokes are OK, but I hate games were the characters actually know they are in a game, unless it's not a serious project.

Well yeah... With jokes I basically meant breaking the fourth wall... I'll work on removing all that stuff for mainstream characters.
Hesufo, good job. I am Zelda Freak btw^_^. I cant wait to see Chapter2.
Although a little slow in the beginning, the game becomes much more interesting as you progress. I loved the nice item description/amount of items, the alchemy system, the quest system, the professions (cooking), the level of difficulty and the BOF2 music (xD). May my save file await till the coming of chapter 2!
What do I do for the puzzle with the vines, leaves, and branches??? And where is the Inn keeper?
I can't believe it. I have tried every single combination that I could think of and none work! :(
Are your puzzles meant to be hard???
Ignore that last bit. I was tired
As stated earlier by a previous member, the vine puzzle does not make sense. I also have tried all combinations and it does not follow the clues or logic.
I can't wait til' it's downloaded!

Jeez, the game file's not that large.

Just how slow is your connection?

\o/
Overall, this is a solid effort. The fights at the beginning seem a bit unfair, but that could probably be fixed by giving the player more money at the start of the game. I'll also echo what others have said about the vine puzzle--one of the hints is confusing and potentially misleading.
Wow. I remember when I posted those. I was such an idiot. xD
(Also, is this canceled then?)
