Man, I had one of the worst five-pin bowling experiences of my life tonight. (Can’t believe I used to play in a league some time back.)

For the first game, I bowled a whopping 93. Ninety-freakin’-three! The last time that I ever bowled like that was when I was 12! Horrrrrible! On the first frame of that game I got nothing but all gutters and couldn’t manage to hit anything. I know it was the first freakin’ frame and all and I hadn't played for a while – but come on! I usually hit at least one pin!

The second game didn’t fare any better either: a whopping 96.

Third game sucked too: 101. (At least I broken over 100.)

However, on the fourth game, I finally managed to redeem myself and bowled a 196. (That’s more like it.)

But on the fifth and final game, I finally managed to plummet back down to earth with a fantastic finish of 113. Ugh… Would have gotten more if on the four times that I got a spare that I connected for more than 1 pin each.

And to make matters even worse, we even had to see the Canucks lose to the pathetic Toronto Maple Leafs on the big screen T.V. right besides us.

- IS THERE NO END TO MY TORTURE!?!?!?

I can’t even watch Sportsnet until tomorrow when they finally shut up about how great the Leafs are playing!
Sorry to hear that man. I hope you get your bowling talent back...

I think this is what happens when you go from playing ten bowling (which I actually prefer more) for a while and then suddenly switch back. I think the only reason why we switched that day is that one of the people in our group complained about how heavy the ball was and that it hurt her wrist the last time we played ten pin. Funny thing is that she was the one that kicked all of our asses that day. (Except for that one game I got 196. Boo-ya!)

I think I’ll just stick back to playing basketball and soccer for now and just try to bury this embarrassing memory into the back of my brain. (In other words - no one must know!)
