…Okay, maybe not the only one, but I do find it kind of funny that I live in a household with no female representation at all (well…besides my mom that likes to comes over once and a while) and I still continue to leave the toilet seat down despite of all this… Hell, even at work in the men’s bathroom I still do this. :/
I’m supposed to be a guy, damnit, and this is one the main things that guys like to do in leaving the toilet seat up!
- WHAT WOMAN WOULD WANT ME NOW!?!?!?
:(

Addit, your lonliness. Your self. It is keeping ready for the time, where you need to learn.
And you are prepared. Prepared to give it your best efforts, your devotion and your love.
To the toilet seat.
Should I just staple something to my shirt to remind myself when I pull my pants up that I need to leave the toilet seat in the upwards position next time, ‘cause I’m probably not going to remember it without something like that.
It's a good habit. Keep good habits. This does no harm, but good in certain situations.
Plus, changing habits takes a lot of willpower and effort.

Well, I guess the good thing about all of this is if I was married or had a girlfriend or was living with someone then they would greatly appreciate this sort of thing, so I guess it’s all good. :)

I put the lid down afterward and close the door because I don't want my pets in my disgusting bathroom.
Our toilet's lid is detachable. Or rather, it broke due to... various reasons...
Anyway thanks to that, there's no issue about keeping it up or letting it down. Just take it off, answer the call, put it back on. It's been that way for a while, so I'm starting to get the feeling that my parents don't want it fixed.

I always close the toilet seat.

If you have pets and have a situation in which you regularly leave them alone for an extended period of time, anything can happen such as spilled water dishes. Dehydration is one of the major causes of pet death in the United States. What do vets recommend? Leaving the toilet seat up. It's a proven fact that access to toilet water saves pets lives.
The reasons for toilet seat lid breakage aren't so various. There's only two reasons: weight and...ahem...
