There are no such patches if that's what you mean.
But it's no problem to use pictures, of course.
(Please don't start getting lazy, requesting a patch for everything, just because I am around^^ - escpecially things which can also be done using events. This is what happens at the German communities sometimes.)

I have a 1GB Resource folder, so I try to pick the specific resources out so ya know...

And doesn't mean that it is more than a gig (spelled that wrong? lol) doesn't mean that the maker is code-inefficient, it could be a LONG game.
