ALLEYESSENCE'S PROFILE

Hi I have questions about the game... How do I get to the snowy islands?..I already flipped the switch but what after that?
And is the stats of the characters supposed to decrease?

This game looks amazing and i cant wait to play it, but when i get to the title screen at the beginning nothing happens no matter what key i press. What I key do i need to press to start the game? thanxs
