Whoops, completely forgot about VisuGauge... sorry.
Replace your old VisuGauge.ips with this one. Next, open the DynRPG.ini and remove the QuickPatch HPD(y)=496B3B,#184,496B6E,#184,496B9E,#184,496BC9,#184.
Replace it with HPD(y)=496B6E,#184,496B9E,#184,496BC9,#184
(or just delete the " 496B3B,#184, " that was there before. 4-digit HP aren't used anyways.)
I Change for new visugauge and Dynrpg.ini parameters and now the HP and MP shows number 100, i explain, all the heros has, for example, 721 HP points at level 7, join in a battle, and in the HP and MP parameters shows 100 for all heroes. If you need a screen just tell me.

That's ridiculous! ... ha, here's the stuff: download StatDelimiter
You will need to use the RM2k9 to change enemy stats and equipment stats.
Something that speeds up the ATB system in the battles is recommended. (ATB fills relative to the sum of each hero's and enemy's AGI in the battle) or just... keep the AGI values low.
Also... i did not know what to do with the HP/MP digits in battle, so i made it a percentage thingie (counting down from 100%).

Amazing! i can use it for another thing i was planed, but i use in a battle for a custom rain system with images, in battle images stop moving.

i have two questions to the and i hope anyone of the Pros can help me xDDD
1-It's possible with DynRPG or RPG Maker 2k9 increase the max stats of enemies and heros? like 999999 of VIT, etc, i find for google and i found some way to do with resource hacker, but if i open my rpg2003.exe with this, in especific RCdata values the Resource Hacker crashes, for that reason i need to do from a diferent way.
2-It's possible in default combat show a image of a cloud moving? i make a battleship system with default system, and i think that look's pretty cool.

But i can't see the parameter to determinate the position of the text dialog message on a battle, exist that possibility? Because now, the message text is in the top of screen and i like down of screen in the battle.

Yeah, assuming all of those images exist, you should be fine. That ips patch is something I overlooked actually. It's not needed in 0.20, because Cherry changed the skill window duration back to the default, so that patch would be the culprit!

A new question, if i wanna move the skill windows, and message windows in a battle of 2k3 default system, how can do that with DynRpg or RPG maker ultimate? that is possible?

I found a error! Is the one of the ips archive, dynrpg_normal_skill_window_duration.ips is the cause of this error, if erase this ips of the Dynpatches folder, the combat rules normal.

i found a seriosly error in combat with new version of DynRPG:
When i use a item in a battle (potion for example) game close and this error appears:
only appens with this version, i have a 4 ips patches, noautobattle, normal skill duration, betteraep and save_switch and i have 7 plugins (Animated monsters, condition icons, Dynblending, Dynrunning, game_clock, menu_tweaks and order_switch)
i found a seriosly error in combat with new version of DynRPG:

Patch on a fresh version 1.08 RPG_RT.exe instead of your old one and then add any .ips patches you use to the newly added "DynPatches" folder. You don't need to apply them directly to the exe anymore.
Old plugin dll files should still work with the new version if I'm not mistaken, so I'm not sure what happened in your scenario. Your dynrpg.ini shouldn't change after you update either.

EDIT: I pached with a backup of my project, and happens the same like gadesx, the RPG_RT don't work, can't execute it! Nothing appears with click RPG_RT.
