Hello! And the ethics of resource management
As long as you don't plan on releasing your game as commercial (aka for money), nobody is going to really give a shit where you get your resources from tbh.
However, theres an ol' unspoken rule of never taking resources from another rpgmaker/indie game.
It sounds confusing and doesn't make sense and there's been forum topics time and time again debating this shit, but that's the gist of it. I wouldn't be too bothered by it.
As for finding spriting resources:

Has great sprite/texture/sound rips.
For music i highly suggest newgrounds' audio section.
