Can't wait to play this game, I'm glad that there are more games that are including LGBTQ+ relationships, it's really a breath of fresh air. I'm gay and it's hard being surrounded by romances that I don't really identify with (idk how to say that in a better way lol). Thanks ^^

If it wouldn't be too much, I'd like it if you could review my game, Broken Bottles. It's not complete, so it could be considered a demo. It's my first 'serious' project and some advice would really help aha (just go all out)
It would take an hour and a half or so to get through it depending on what you find. There are a lot of 'hidden' events and such.
(Psst I recommend that you go into the third door first to get the 'speed-up' item there, it'll save you a lot of time)

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
I recently bought a PSP (I'm late to the party, I've always been playing exclusively on Nintendo consoles up 'till now..) so I've been working on FFT: War of the Lions and a lot of games that I bought off of PSN including Tomb Raider 1, FF IX, and Vagrant Story (I'm really liking this one). I'm also working on Bravely Default and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.
I started a bunch of games throughout the past few months, but I've decided to focus on the games listed above (it'd be a hassle to list them all...aha). ;;

I wonder if you replaced the Proceed with a wait of 0.0 it would stop the flashing.
Hmm, I'll try that out and see what happens.
(I tried it out and the back of the chair still flashed over the player. I think it's because if there isn't any proceed movement command, the action will be executed while the commands after it will be executed as well, making the back of the chair "above the hero"). But yeah, if it isn't broken, don't fix it aha

Because once it reads the Move event command, and it takes the hero 5 seconds to complete all the actions in that command, the rest of the event won't wait until that 5 seconds is up....A wait in a parallel process won't ever affect the hero, so sometimes you need to make an event parallel process so that it can happen at the same time as other stuff without affecting it. /lesson

Honestly, I would say your slightly passed beginner with your event skills. I was pretty impressed with your game overall :) If you ever need any help with eventing, feel free to PM me.

Ahh okay, thanks for pointing that out. I just get really paranoid and break apart sentences early a lot. I'll fix that and see if I did that with other NPCs.

(Oh I just tested the code without the "Proceed with Movement" commands, and there's a bug where the top of the bench flashes over the Hero while she's getting off. I think that's why I put those in there)
