Fantastic game in its simplicity, I didn't really try to work out the story, but I can sense that it is indeed quite poignant. Other than that, I agree with almost everyone else that this is a fantastic game, and even though it seemed simple, it was really quite ingenious (as in, the puzzles), and I really loved the way puzzles were incorporated into the story.
An adventure game in the truest sense of the word.

Beautiful Escape: Dungeoneer Review
To the author (again X2): I really didn't understand the game "Loved" that you recommended. Can you provide an explaination? Also, I didn't get any media on that website... they were all too abstract.
Beautiful Escape: Dungeoneer Review
To the author (again): I read your profile and you introduced yourself as a psychologist. I guess that's why you are so interested in the explored corners of the human mind? I now realise your desire to pursue reactions from those who played your games, and I think this is a good way to get responses. Good luck with future games.
Beautiful Escape: Dungeoneer Review
Dyanova here. This reply is directed to the author of this game.
First and foremost, thank you for reading my humble opinion of your game, I really appreciate that.
About your game, I must reassure you that I totally agree that you succeeded in creating the intended atmosphere and feel to the game, nearly impeccably. And I really adore you for your skills in RPG Maker 03 and your graphic design, and they are also praised in other reviews of this game.
I must agree that if this game did not leave an impression on me, I would not have much to write about it at all. I guess it really caused many questions to form in my head: after the game, I really wanted to know more about this seemingly twisted mindset of a sadist, like Verge. However, if this game was supposed to make me "feel good" from torturing characters, then no, it does not. And it shouldn't, considering how bad an influence this could be. Hence, I did not derive any enjoyment from torturing those subjects. What I would like to highlight is: this game's main content is the "torture". However, the main content of a game should be the aspect that delivers tha gamer satisfaction and/or fun.
Again, I admit that I may not be coming from an objective standpoint: I am someone with little to zero tolerance for horror and/or tragic themed material. I am not criticising it, but I do not take a liking for such themes. So perhaps my criticism of the theme of this game is biased, and people do have different standpoints.
At last, thanks, for being "flattered" :D
