well I got there. On very top its four empty stands, but when I clicked any of them, it says stand is empty and that's it.

Have you been in the hall where you fight the blue skeletons? At the end of that hall, there's a room which contains a switch that will grant you access to that button.
Well no I haven't seen any blue skeletons, how to get there?

i stuck at Sea Tower I cannot access bottom right switch no matter what run around for hours pls help
