First I shall say I am quite impressed by the quality of this forum.I've been wandering around rm forum for years, it's the first time I see such quality...Congrats

I am Stephan (or Roys) from Geex Team. We have developped a C# engine (Geex Suite) that reads rmxp data and turn them into xml readable with our engine.
The good thing is that games imported this way are compatible with Xbox and Windows Phones (and PC of course). I've also developped a series of new rmyp event commands, known in the french community as Geex Make

I've just post one of my game The Fall of Gods here, it's waiting for approval. But for those of you who have a Xbox the game is available on XBLIG
