I tried to play it. but im not seeing my character in the screen. but i can move around because the screen is also moving when i press the buttons to move the character. can you help me?

As I wrote in the previous comment, I am sorry for the late response, I have been on a short vacation with almost no access to the internet.

To be completely frank, this is a first and I have never heard of anybody encountering this problem. Do you care to elaborate further - are you in the beginning of the game of later on somewhere? Did you manage to fix it somehow? I'd like to know, so I can possibly patch this bug.

So like a good player, I followed every quest hook I could find. (Including "Delivery Service", which showed up as 99 identical entries in my quest log, only one of which was cleared at the completion.) And even when I wanted to avoid doing certain things, I was generally railroaded into doing so by limited dialogue options and/or NPCs refusing to take no for an answer.

And what do I get for my hours of efforts, my endless slogging back and forth over needlessly convoluted and obstacle-strewn maps (by which I mean regular ship habitat areas, not "dungeons"), and even putting up with a few so-called puzzles that were actually just guessing games?

I get control of a secondary character -- who is trying to jailbreak my actual character -- and ends up getting caught herself. After a couple of annoying and pointless discussions with some stupid NPC, I reach a point where I only have two actions available to me: walk around her tiny cell, and confirm that the locked door is still locked. She didn't even have the option of sleeping, unlike her time in there prior to the most recent pointless discussion.

So if you wanted me to strongly dislike your game, job well done. And if you respond by saying something like, "Well, if you had just waited 10 minutes in real time, eventually that jerk would have shown up to be annoyingly hostile to her again," that dislike of your game will quickly turn into hating it.

I am sorry for your negative opinion of the game, but I guess nothing can appeal to everybody, HOWEVER, the point at which you are "stuck" is not actually bugged or anything like that, you have to interact with the wall next to the bed to progress the story, as Alex will notice a hole in the wall and from there on, many things will be "revealed", in a way. It wasn't hinted, however, you are right there, it is a small cell and it is expected that the player will try to interact with things in the cell, after noticing that he/she's alone.

New Eden wasn't designed as a game that "holds your hand", which means that it probably wouldn't sit well with everybody. I am truly sorry if you've had issues with it.

Concerning the "Delivery Service" quest, the bug will be fixed and the patch will be uploaded as soon as possible, I was aware of this particular bug, but to be entirely honest, I was sure that it was fixed - until now.

for me the game is not fun do to bug when go back to pet shop to see if they maybe new quest i got suck i thing the i going to factory to get core

my quest list got do ripper delivery severer

sometime when you try fix robot if not one the spots you can get stuck when you done fix his core

at eden hopita lvl 2 room d when pushing box all to move and you cant move you get stuck with the box and cant move you cant eve go to settings

this one i am not sure if you post do all this sept for cooking for fish

you post raw chick and potatoes >>> cook -6mtin oven which i dont have see at all it keep take to step 1 other is to ruin his fish

so far in game i am at where move robot to new home

Wow, so how do I even express myself about these issues... I mean, it's normal and expected that not everybody will like the game, so I am sorry that you're not enjoying it, but all of these bugs sounds really annoying. Are you playing the latest patched version? Because some of these bugs I was aware of and fixed them a patch or two ago, even. Also, I haven't received any reports about the rest of them until now, but I guess you really encountered quite a few of the annoying ones.

Honestly, I am so very sorry that it's like that, I hope that the game won't keep bugging out on you. How is the performance generally holding up, is it running smoothly on your PC or are there hiccups? People who have had weaker computers generally encountered more bugs, because of the shear size of the maps and the quantity of events situated on them.

However, it doesn't matter if it's an older version of the game or a problematic PC, I will look into these and fix them, if they need fixing, as soon as possible!

Hopefully, you can enjoy the game otherwise, because problems like these really bum me out! :(

This is now really becoming an issue and I don't know why, since I've always fixed it when you notified me! Another thing is that the other players haven't had this problem with the quest, so I'm really sorry about it. Try to avoid it and I will truly try to dissect the game to the last atom and see if I can do anything about it! Avoid it for now and I hope you're enjoying the game nonetheless!

Of course, my number one goal is to make players satisfied and to see them have fun! I will do my best, hopefully next time, there will be no need for bug reports anymore! :)
