Well first go to mushi village and talk To to The Village Chief.After That Go to the bar and talk to the White Hair guy.After you Fail to talk to the white hair guy Talk to him again And get a magic mushi.After That Go to Mushi forest And fight mushi


Note:The Second time you fight Klaus He's Almost Unbeatable.for level 8 it will take like 6 minute fighting Klaus

Yes You Do Need Tech Point You See If First You Have 50 TP But You Use 25 TP You Tech Point Will Decrease And Then You Tech Point will be 25.Fight Mushi Thing To Get TP.Choose Your CD In Tachibana Video Rental Shop And Rent it.Watch The video In The Watching Room Or Something
