VERY High chances of causing a state.
I think some of you may already know this, but in VX Ace, it seems like for example, even if you give a skill 25% of chances of cause a Poison state, the chances of causing it are still very high. Only when the chances are adjusted to a 10%, these start to be low. Is there a way to fix this?
