I remember you did that, and I actually did go through all the bugs and spelling errors. I just never uploaded a new demo. I'm suprised to still see some intrest in it to be honest! I really appreciate it! I might pick it up again in the near future!

@Frostentity, well, you're not exactly able to walk on that map from town to town. The map just represents what the world looks like. So you could just use the map for refrence. For example when you're in Southwood Village and your heading north, you know you're gonna end up in the Southern Wastlands.

Your reaching the end of the demo. You'll have to go to the basement, go on to the right, and head out for the central lake, and see one final cutscene.. After that you cleared this demo version for now. (Also in the full version, Jason will able to finish the castle town.)

I'll post this at RRR as well, but overall I enjoyed the demo. The mapping was decent, much better than a lot of other games I've seen, considering it uses the RTP. The audio was weird, but catchy. I enjoyed the battle, no random combat, and more focus on story, travel, and exploration.
But there are a lot of things that need work. Since some things might be spoilers, I'll use spoiler tags.
First, you really need to proofread. There were several spelling and grammar errors, not to mention words that were missing or added that should not have been. I suggest getting somebody to comb through the game to fix this, or to use a spellcheck of sorts.
Second, there needs to be a bit of an overhaul on the story. For starters, somebody else should be selling items, perhaps a merchant hanging around the caves or the wolf's home, since once your home is destroyed, there's no way to purchase items. In addition, I would suggest giving the hero Jason a simple healing spell to get through the areas. I couldn't tell you how often I had to run back and forth to rest up between battles. I can't understand why we were introduced to Erica if she was going to die off that soon. She seemed to make for an interesting character, and then suddenly she's dead. And the boyfriend doesn't join you to go kill the very man that had his armies kill his girlfriend? Finally, when you are in the royal castle, Paris refers to Manchez as her uncle, but later it's her cousin?
In any case, I liked the wolf Jamal. Too bad he doesn't join your party.

I'll comment on some of the things you said, I'll use spoiler tags aswell.
- First of the grammar issue, I am aware of this and i'm working on it, and I'll make sure that most of it will fixed in later demo's.... (English is not my mother tongue, however that is not an excuse ofcourse.)
- About the health issue.. There is going to be another resting cave just outside of the Southern squad camp. I also made lots of the hidden health pick-ups more vissible in the newer demo. (which is already up for download on the sidenote.) And also, in later demo's Jason would be able to visit the Royal Castle's town to purchase more items for later on.
- About Erika, well she is actually going to be a major character in one of the other story mode's. (Joshua's.) She just makes a small cameo in Jason's storymode. The boyfriend (Joshua) doesn't join Jason because he is going to have a storymode of it's own... He is going to have a completely different approach on getting to Manchez..
- Manchez is Paris's Uncle, I assumed that that would make Paris Manchez's cousin, but in english I guess I should call this his Niece?
- Jamal doesn't join your party, however you are able to visit him right after you met him, and he'll give you a special item.
