After install and dopple click on exe. it wont start up at all ! no error code it just loads a sec.
I use Windows 7 Ulimate.
I also tried compatible mode (Windows XP Sp2 etc) won't work either.

I tried it. I thought for the most part the graphics for your locations were good, but I found it was difficult to navigate. For instance, I never found the school. I thought the graphics for your background NPCs were great, but I thought the walking/running animation for your main dude was hideously jerky, and needs to be reworked from the ground up because it looks really bad.
The way the background guys walk is way better, strangely enough, your main character seems to be the only one with a problem.
Uh, my major thought, though, was that I was disappointed you chose to encrypt the project, rather than make these nifty graphical resources available to the community at large to increase the diversity of visuals in RMVX games, since right now everything is RTP. Of course, it's your choice.
Anyway, I have no idea how your game will be, since for me at least, graphics do not make a game in the slightest.

About your comments my main character walks goffy like because thats the way he should walk it has something to do with his personality. The School can be found at the right side from the Church thx for this comment it gived me a nice idea for my game :) and about the RTP thing, i actually use only 2 or 3 Tiles from it, only at the Church i use a lot of them like Graves etc. but when my game has been finish it will have 100% self made Tiles. I chose to make every grafik on my own for my Game bacause i want it to be unique and thats why i did encrypt it. Sorry for being selfish.

While the perspectives seem off in many places, I really love the individual building graphc styles. c':
I actually try to give it with purpose more perspectives so it looks kinda unique, the only perspectives im not yet realy satisfie is at down Padis.
Did yet actually some one Try my Tech Demo ??? It would be nice to get some comments about the Grafiks

The story sounds pretty good. Sure, it's not the best thing ever (I'm no one to talk with my NES stories =X) but it's still pretty good, regardless.
And your english is not that bad! 'Tis better than some of my friends spelling and such, and their main language is English. =P
But I need screenshots! I've not clue what it looks like!
I'll shall comment once again when they're up!

Ok Screenshots has been uploaded, hope to get a few comments for it and please try my Tech Demo it is 34Mb big and i know thats a little bit big for a Tech Demo, anyway Mp3s are not the reason for it and to be honest i dont even use yet any music :)
Its so big because i didnt yet compress my Parallaxes into a smaller size like png. or jpg. and i didnt do it yet because they arent 100% final means i will maybe make some chances for the Finish Product.
Anyway when you do try my Tech Demo please take a closer look at the Men Students and Business Mens you will notice that i let then even walk differently.

Story:
Each city has its dark side no matter how much some people try
to get order, because we humans are uncontrollable.
And there is no different here in this city we call Suteki,
here runs at present a mass murderer around where particularly only
Womens select as his next victims.
He is well-known under the name Gen and he is the leading Role Character
of this game !!!
About the Demo:
I have uploaded a Demo for it and it is ready for Download. The Demo i have uploaded is a Tech Demo means there is no Story or even a Intro yet !!!
What makes my Demo Special is that i costum made everything up to 99%
means every Grafiks like Tiles,Sprites,Parallaxes and even Pistures has been drawn or made from my self. It took me a lot of effort so it would be great if i get a few comments about the City i made, but please dont be so harsh it is my very first game i will make.
