Kill the Cutie

I am entering a contest offsite, but luckily it fits this idea so perfectly I'm going to add the game to this event too!

Shame on you if you actually kill the cutie, though. Running away from the cutie is more economical.

Demur Review

Wow, thanks for the detailed review!

The portraits were from Vexed Enigma's Pop Horror series, recolored to fit the VisuStella-made tiles.

Also I had no idea the MV Luna engine only allowed one save file even though there's supposedly more than one slot. That makes me wonder if I should even keep that bit in; it also doesn't show you the correct playtime until you've already loaded the game.

Even though the story was short, I had fun writing the characters, glad you enjoyed that aspect.

It's good to time your Bind to when everyone's been hit with attack all magic, so you can heal up with items; it's good to have a few Baromes just in case.

The enemies Sonny, Thresh, and Reptillian drop Baromes (party heal) at a 50% rate. Boss also might not even bother using the attack all skills as much, and isn't resistant to the bleed status effect. Boss is resistant to it, but it's also possible to cause Fear to it, which stops all attacks from happening any turn fear's active. High Power characters with Lacerate also deal a lot of damage to the poor abomination, which can be copied from the Reptillian enemy.

In any case, thanks for downloading and trying out Demur, TheRpgmakerAddict!

Hello Fellow Makers of the Game

I've been absorbed into MV lately while preparing for the newest RM release, and once that comes out, most of my free time will be absorbed by making a larger game on MZ.

As I make and upload my own creations to this site, I hope to play yours as well, for both inspiration and downtime when burning out could be on the next horizon.

It's good to meet you all; the lurking and reading has been fun thus far.
