Video game genres that will eventually die in the coming years.
raekwon has no idea what hes talking about. lol, all of these genres are evolving and doing great, especially RPG, FPS, and RTS. i cant think of one genre that is dying. and MMO isn't a genre.

My Introduction
I commonly go by Keromalas on the internet. I use it on nearly every website I am sign up for. My original interest for signing up here was to take from the community what I could concerning the tutorials here. I only recently bought RPG Maker VX and decided that my best place to start would be to join a community, so here I am.
I enjoy quite a few hobbies and some may sound more weird than others. To list a few: game-making (the obvious one), entomology, collecting leaves from various trees (this one by far the weirdest), and computers. I consider computers a hobby only because I enjoy mostly everything about them. I've always had a passion for computer technology since I was younger and it's passed down from my father, who was a computer engineer.
More on topic with this community, I've recently started a game in RPG Maker VX. I think I will wait a while longer before posting a game profile just to further familiarize myself with the community and it's rules. I would also like to note that I'm bilingual, which means I can speak more than my native language. In fact, I speak English and French. I do believe there are some other French speakers here too. I'm also a horrible reviewer so don't expect any from me until at least I improve.
I also have a tendency to add absolutely no emotion to my typing. Anyway, I hope this suffices as an adequate enough introduction. I look forward to getting to know more about this community and it's ways.

This all seems very all of a sudden. Three days ago you announced a demo, which was more than likely for your own reaction to self-boredom. I believe you just got tired of having to work on it. RPG Maker becomes boring quick and if you don't have proper motivation, it's hard to keep a project running. Your problems listed, I believe, aren't true. Few ever have the benefits of having that much taken away from them and can still sleep at night.
Again, the best thing would've been just to ignore the fact that RPG Maker is boring instead of making up lies that are very drastic and would probably bring others to ruin.
Why do I have these feelings you ask? Two reasons. When I lost my girlfriend, it wasn't a problem. I was quite anxious to begin a new relationship and hated being tied down. I think most guys would agree with that statement unless they care far too much about their social status. If something like this happened all at once, I probably wouldn't even have the willpower to come onto a website and tell everyone of the problems unless I was seeking an excuse to cancel my project until further notice.
However, if my opinions, again I say opinions, are false and in fact did lose your girlfriend, brother, have a father in the military, and are being sued for a misunderstanding I sincerely apologize to you.
