Hmmm I can't tell you on that last part ;)
Well, you're half right. That was my original plan (as you can tell from the sprites) but I'm not sure anymore. I decided to let the characters develop along the way and let the story I come up with evolve them instead of each character having a dead set end. Anyway, her being evil is a little obvious anyway, but I'll see how the story goes.

It's really easy, when you actually play the game.
But I'm guessing the youngest refers to the little white haired girl?
Or is the white haired girl is secretly really old(and evil), and the youngest is
actually Olive?
It's not in the demo I uploaded, but it will be up soon, things are going much faster because I got the hang of the software. Hmmm I can't tell you on that last part ;)
