YES ! IT WORKS ! That's a huge relief, I have fought so much to see Anirone smiling...

What a strange epilogue. It was totally unexpected. Do you plan to make a sequel with this universe ?

About the hammer :
If you break the door with the hammer, you won't be able to get potions. Potions aren't as essential as the sack and the bomb, but I don't think you can beat the ghost without them, unless you're EXTRAORDINARY lucky.

I think I fixed all the bugs that Lirysse and ElTipejoLoco had mentioned.

Extract this file and paste it in the game folder and see if it works:

It still doesn't work. Now it's the second fight against the ghost that begins again and again(the one after the father awakes). It's an infinite loop.

Wait, Lirysse, something is strange here.
How did you manage to get into the final boss without a Light Sword? I wrote it so that you need to use the sword to scare off the man and get the good ending. Or did you use it with the battle after that scene?

Let's answer with this "should be the good ending" guide :

At first : whenever the game lets you the choice between using the sword or the hammer and doing something else, always choose the second option. For example, always burn the plants (you'll have to answer "no" when the game will ask you if you want to smash/cut the plants). Additionally, don't forget to always light the lamp after having burnt something.

1) The beginning of the guide is right. Let's just point out that you MUST use the hammer to break the jar which contains the sack or the one that contains the bomb.

2) After returning to the real world, take the flower vase and interact with the door. Not having the hammer anymore is crucial because you will be forced to break the door if you still have it. If you lost many HP during the bat battle, heal yourself by sleeping in the bed.

3) Since you can't open the room, the man will come in. Choose to use the vase and beat him.

4) Get the right door key in the north wing.

5) Now, we have to get the second key to the fantasy, which is in the fireplace in Anirone's room. Fill the sack with water. Since the man is sitting before the door, you have to go to the fantasy world and teleport into your room. Pour the water into the fireplace to get the key. If you forgot to light your lamp before pouring, you can light the fire again by using the stick and the curtain (north wing).

6) Get the padlock key in the eastern wing and return to the main hall. You'll encounter the man. If you don't have the sword anymore (it will happen if you used the hammer to do something else than smashing a jar), you'll get a bad ending. If you still have it, threaten the man with it then give one of your keys to the fantasy to him.

7) At this point, I greatly recommend you to get potions. Go back to the fantasy world, cut one of the two jars containing potions with the sword. The potions stock seems infinite ; better take tons of it ! (He're how I used the sword a second time)

8) Follow the man in the fantasy world. You'll have to solve three tough enigmas. Be sure to remember everything you did !

9) First battle against the ghost : Anirone's attacks deal no damage to him.

10) Change the character.

11) Second battle and third battle against the ghost.

How to survive the first battle against the ghost :
I don't know if it's intentional, but the only one way I found was sending the lit lamp to the ghost during the first turn, then surviving six turns (guard and use potions). If I don't send the lamp during the first turn, the combat is infinite.

How to win the second battle :
The only one way of dealing damages is using the spell "Holy weapon" before attacking. You have to hit him three times. He isn't really threatening but don't forget if one of your characters dies, it's game over !

How to win the third battle :
The ghost will keep stunning, blinding, sending you to sleep, silencing and confusing you, reducing your physical and magic defense and increasing his attack and magic power. Just defend your team : increase your defense, use potions, and wait for him to run out of mana. Once he's out of mana, you can cast Holy weapon and attack him. Be sure to keep a high mana pool thanks to the mana regeneration spell : the ghost can drain your mana and, if you can't nor cast Holy weapon neither regenerate your mana, you can't deal damages anymore ! It's very long, but there is no other way...

About whether or not anyone has gotten the Good Ending:
I've managed to get Bad Ending 1 and Neutral Ending 1, but even following the guide you uploaded as a blog entry seems to make it... well, you aren't prompted to throw your lamp if you aren't holding a Light Sword, which might be the issue? Unless there's some other way to get the yellow marble that doesn't involve the bomb, or some extra item that can open jars somewhere that I have yet to spot?

Alternatively, I guess it's possible that picking up the flower vase is a mistake during the time limit section when you're in your bedroom after throwing your lamp?

I can't be sure of that since, as I've said above, I couldn't watch the complete ending because of a critical bug, but I'm pretty sure that I reached the good ending. If I'm right, the guide is wrong, indeed. The mistake that would prevent you to get the good ending would be
using the hammer to break the door.

If Goddialga can confirm that I was going to get the good ending, I can make a "true guide". If I'm wrong, feel free to shout me down. xD

That's not an occasional bug, I just got it again. Somehow I managed to win a second time but after the dialog between Anirone and her dad that they're supposed to have in the fantasy world, the game froze.

I didn't have the sword anymore. I used it two times so it broke.

I found how to send an image or a video, but not a save file... ^^''

Anirone

I reached the second phase of the fight against the ghost.
...
How I am supposed to beat him ? He keeps confusing, making sleep, blinding, silencing, draining mana... Since I'm forced to bless me with the 25 mana spell to deal him damages, there's just a point where I can't deal damages anymore, since Anirone doens't do anything else that striking for nothing.

I guess that this fight is very long and requires an important amount of luck. That's a bit annoying, but it would be far less annoying if we were allowed to save just before this fight so that losing doesn't force us to DO AGAIN THE THREE FIGHTS BEFORE THE LAST ONE.

EDIT : Ok, I finally killed him. I understood that the only way to win was
to let him run out of mana so that he couldn't do anything but using basic attacks. Trying to attacking before that point was actually a mistake
. It still heavily relies on luck and is totally unfunny though, since the fight is one-sided and you can sometimes do nothing during ten turns in a row...

EDIT 2 : NO. NO. After having won the battle, Anirone and her dad returned to the true house and I got this bug... https://ibb.co/bTL7sa I had to battle again and, since I didn't get my HP and mana back after the first battle, I lost... Even if you fix this bug I'll have to fight again... Noooooooooooo

Anirone

It works, thank you ! Now I can go further and...

... watch a bad end. :( Hard game uh

Hi Goddialga,

Congratulations on this surprising "swing-between-saves" gameplay. It makes this game very challeging for my brain - maybe too much though, I admit I didn't find how to get the "90" part of the first code even after having read your hint. Additionally, I think there aren't enough save slots given this game's gameplay.

Sadly, I got a terrible bug. After having found the padlock key in the real house, I went to the main hall and I encountered the man. After the dialogue, he rushed at me and... the game froze.
