Human enemy graphics for rm 2003

I like how McChicken has not yet even specified if he wants modern or medieval dudes or what style he is looking for.
Already found what I was looking for, but thanks everybody!
Character development. (stats-wise, not personality)
Rather, I like a development system with many customizing options, and yet simple enough to understand (almost to where you can imagine your character at level 100), and still cool enough to make you want to experience all it has to offer. Like in FF12's license board idea, there's so many things you can learn the possibilities are endless. Personally, I like to have fun and give the small nerdy characters the "warrior" roles, and the big buff guys get to be mages and what not xD. But I think in a good RPG there should be hidden 'surprises' along the way, like new things to spend your AP on, etc.
So, I'm interested to hear what the real RPG fans here like in a character development system.
