LOVE the alt colors :) I'm trying to figure out the references. For the first two tough trainers, are they using Goku/Vegeta and Misty's palettes?

Super Smash Bros for WiiU
author=Ratty524the more i think about it the more i like the idea of her in Smash. she's SO unique, she has a history with Nintendo as well as the indie scene, and she has a lot of moveset options. Plus she's adorable! I'd love to see what a Shantae stage would look like. Shovel Knight seems to have a large following too (myself included), so hopefully we'll see in October!
I put my vote in for Shantae. Even if not likely, I'd still love to see a character like that in this game.
author=XenomicI like Tiki (and Anna for that matter) but I'm happy with the four FE chars we have. However; FE is HUGE in Japan even if we aren't crazy about her, and if she plays as big a role in the upcoming games as she did previously I'd say her chances aren't bad
Also Kentona, thinking on your comment, the game's already like Mario/Pokemon Brawl as it is, what with how many characters from those two franchises are in. Sure, they're more notable than FE but still!

Paper Mario would be cool if they threw out Doc Mario or something. Don't need three Marios in the same bloody game unless it has Mario in the title.
Krystal would also be cool, it would be good to see at least one piece of female furry representation somewhere every once in a while. It would probably convince a LOT of Krystal fans to buy the game as well.
Krystal has been heavily requested for a long time but she'll have to beat out Wolf's veteran status. We might have Star Fox U at this year's E3 and that would be the perfect time to announce either one of them

I voted K.Rool, now a small part of me kinda wishes for Shantae to get in the roster too. I mean c'mon, watching her transform into different animals and wreck the shit out of the enemies!? She could change herself to a light/medium/heavy weight fighter based on the animals she transforms to. :D
even WayForward wants Shantae in Smash! Yacht club games wants Shovel Knight in Smash too (who doesn't?) and even Phil Spencer (head Honchcrow of XBox) said it'd be cool if Banjo and Kazooie were in smash. the possibilities are endless
some guy on 4chan did research on the polls to see who the frontrunners are. It's hard to say how accurate his research is but it'll give you the gist of it

@ UPRC it'd be nice to have another villian, Bowser and Ganondorf are lonely lol. although a lot of people are voting for Dixie Kong as an additional DK rep
@ Kentona lol. people are already campaigning for Simon. I mean the poll doesn't say it has to be Nintendo so it's not out of the question! A castlevania stage like the one in Project M would be awesome

Super Smash Bros for WiiU
so according to the new Nintendo Direct, we not only get mewtwo this month (hype) but they're also bringing back Lucas from Brawl! I would have rather had a new character but I'm glad that he's back.
They also announced that there will be a ballot to determine the next DLC fighter, deadlined 10/3. You can vote here : https://cp.nintendo.co.jp/us/
This is a huge surprise, as this is the first time SSB has ever sold DLC, let alone took requests to add fighters to the roster. I literally could not be happier with this decision.
I voted for Karate Joe from Rhythm Heaven, one of my all time favorite series!
according to the source code it is highly likely that a rhythm heaven character was planned to be included in the original version of smash, also being supported by the Gematsu leak (which supposedly had valid albeit outdated information). Now's the chance to get Rhythm Heaven the representation that it deserves!

That site's cool! I was able to make the horn louder, and I think that helped the 'empty' part that link mentioned. The Saphyr 2000 is super close to the midi so I'll leave a link to it here in case anyone's interested.

@link - yeah I get what you mean. Maybe I can bring in a couple instruments earlier instead of a bunch all at once. Thanks man! :)
@iddalai - for some reason no matter how high I turn up the volume, I just can't hear the French Horn Dx If I come back to this I might switch the melody over to the trumpet instead. In the midi version I could hear the strings a lot more too. I had to convert the original to an MP3 to upload it to YouTube, I think the soundfont messed the balance up. thanks for the comment <(^.^<)

@ Addit - thanks man xD maybe it's just me but it seems like pokemon's music is getting a little more sophisticated/mature each game, like X/Y's gym leader theme. Each game has it's own musical mood
