What are you thinking about? (game development edition)
I keep coming up with different ideas. Here are a few I am trying to pick between:
A sidescrolling adventure or rpg (think Dreaming Mary or Day Dream Derpy for level design), where you are a robot in a laboratory and either you're just doing general stuff to see if you're functioning properly and can be used as the basis for a whole line of similar stuff or another experiment goes berserk and you have to choose to either defend your creators, join the other, or do your own thing.
A cyberpunk dystopia where you are a new hire at a Shin-Ra like company except instead of being obviously evil it is more... responsibly evil. As in it wants to perpetuate shit so the people need its goods and services but it won't intentionally cause shit because bad PR is unnecessary and it is better to have everyone love you than hate you. The demo would ideally be the job interview and would give some bonus stuff by carrying over the save into the actual game. Otherwise it would have a mission board and some aspects similar to Megaman Battle Network.
The idea I mentioned in my intro thread where you are an merc/assassin in a stereotypical fantasy rpg setting hired by a foreign evil king to stop the marriage of a young prince and princess from the kingdoms bordering his own. This would have many different ways to choose to stop the marriage, each would feed into how the next arc of the game would play out.
...then there's of all things a resource adventure or rpg game. Not quite Harvest Moon, not quite a main storyline Crafting Quest. But you're running around doing stuff other than traditional RPG combat and working your way up to running your own city to running a kingdom to eventually possibly sending armies to invade other kingdoms to unite the world under your banner.

@ModeGone - Those are wonderful designs :D Like everyone else I love the sassy Robit but my favorite of yours is the Chompy both his eyes and his floating teeth are great.
Cute Wormy and thanks!

Which monsters have the fewest sprites so far? I think Robit and Brownguy probably have the most.
Totally the bonus ones like Rounder, TT, and Fireblock. Of the mains, I think it'd is the Dragon.
zz Mystic Quest: Remastered
I mistook this for Final Fantasy Legends. I'm still excited for this though I do not recall hearing about Mystic Quest.
Generic Introduction
Welcome to the site and congrats on finishing a game.
You just failed your spotcheck is all. It is completely understandable.

Welcome to RMN! Share your creativity with us!
Thank you for the welcome. Eh heh, so far the creativity being shared is just shoddy sprites for the monster contest.
By the by, I see that Medusa. Fan of Fate/ or just liked the look?

3. I Know You Din't!
You forgot Savage Slayin'.
Just posted very rough versions of Brown Guy and Blue Pig.

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
My attention, as is the norm, is constantly split.
On the TV I am alternately playing Rodea The Sky Warrior (and regretting it immensely) and Xenoblade Chronicles X. I accidentally dropped Tales of Xillia, Ni No Kuni, and Breath of the Wild.
On the 3DS I am stalling on Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam.
On the PC... oh god. Not counting freeware and demos, I am juggling heavily modded Skyrim (I can't keep away from the Relics of Hyrule mod), modded Oblivion, somehow modded New Vegas uninstalled itself, Mainlining, CrossCode, and Secrets of Grindea.
Apparently I still have installed Ara Fell, Data Hacker, Soma Spirits, Pony Island, Hyper Light Drifter, The Legends of Owlia, Owlboy, and Pharaoh Rebirth+.
I keep getting dragged back into Starbound.
And then there's the stuff I got around the Winter Sale: Hollow Knight, the Blackwell series, Fable The Lost Chapters for some stupid reason, LEGO Jurassic World and LEGO Lord of the Rings, Titan Quest Anniversary, Apotheon, Beyond Reality, Strikey Sisters, BOOR, Hylics, Kingdom Classic and Kingdom New Lands, Why Am I Dead At Sea, and Ninja Senki DX (and I didn't finish the freeware version either go figure).
Mobile is just as bad as PC but at least it is narrowed down to mostly just P&C, Puzzle, and RPGs due to usually terrible controls with platformer and action games.
It is kind of impressive how much I can get for how little but yee gods I need to just stop and focus on one thing at a time... or place a hard stop on myself and finish the games I have before getting new ones.

ModeGone's Robit looks ready to snap its fingers three times and say "Mmmmmmmmmm, girl, you better watch yourself." Hands on its hips and everything.
I swear I didn't mean to make it sassy. It just happened that way since I wasn't sure what to do with the arms.
RMN VALENTINES CARD 2018
Thanks for the spritework practice.
If placed outside (and if outside is daytime), please use the sunglasses set on the bottom right but change to the set to the bottom left when interacted with.
If indoors, top-left.
If outside at night, top-right.
(This is a prime example why I haven't finished a game yet...)

When spoken to:
- First: "Uh, hello? Don't mind me. I'll just be... over here. Eh heh heh..." Sweatdrop bubble effect.
- Second: "... why are you talking to me again? Please stop. I am terrible with first meetings like this."
- Third, to repeat if spoken to again: "Don't you have anything better to do?"
