I have the empty shotgun but I can find any shell?the room with 3 ghosts (down from the room with 3 octagrams)
author=NeusIn the end room with Sandy I saw a tiny sparkle but I can get around her. I tried running out of the room and enter again to see if she spawn further but apparently not. Do I need to use the shotgun?
Yes,the easiest way will be using the shotgun on her so she won't get you. You can still move around her, get the item and exit though.
author=NeusWhere can I get the combination for the locked door in the room we got chased by the plague doctor?
You canuse the shotgun on the plague doctor and he will drop a key to a ward at the second floor right wing. You will discover the combination inside the ward.

When I read Felix's name on the wristband on one of the ending I was like, wait a minuteeee

I really love the game! I like the concept and story line, I also like the doll mechanic <3 the puzzles are nice and the hints are helpful. I already got the B ending, and I really want to check the other ending. Though I'm a bit stuck at the sanitorium.
I have the empty shotgun but I can find any shell? And there are still some lock doors. I think I have explored every room except the locked ones and I don't think I saw any other keys?
