I found the perspective sufficient for what you intend to use it for although you could always improve on it. What does come to my attention is that you need a bit more contrast on the beds, sicne they fade a bit with the white floor tiles. Could be my monitor though.
Those are pretty nice movesets for 2003. I still use 2003 since the graphical requirements from other engines turn me off from making games due to how time consuming they are.

Google is your friend, but this example set for perspective is very nice! Try toying around with a few different perspectives to hold a better grasp of it!
Game perspectives are a totally different beast from drawing perspectives, keep that in mind!

The perspective is kind of confusing, you might want to read a bit on rpg perspective, but I love the textures and overall aesthetic, good job!

So I drew this room from scratch, and I was wondering if you think it's a good idea, if you like it, don't like it and so on...
I would love to hear your opinions!
And just something extra here (for RPG Maker 2000/2003):
Here I drew my main character, Sophie, in several ways she could die in my game, but I might not even use it anymore, since I have switched from 2003 to VX Ace. Still, I thought I could share it~
