About your question:
Yes, there is only one ending, as this game was supposed to be a short project.
Alan was the one who killed Lisa: it is shown when she sees him and Jake in the cave, then he attacks her, second flashback I think.
The other scene where Alan saw Carl killing her was pretty much an hallucination.

Hey there! I just finished playing and I must say I really enjoyed it.
The mapping, the facesets (with emotions which I VERY MUCH appreciate) and even the cutscenes were very good. Maybe some bgm in the dungeon would be great. Overall, well done!

Btw, I knew Alan was the one who killed his friends when Lisa was not there and only Carl's cap was to be seen. Wait there is only one ending right? Oh, and Lisa, was Alan the one who killed her? Either I didn't pay attention or it wasn't shown if Lisa was killed in the flashbacks.

I mean, this isn't bad but I honestly prefer the other ones better. Idk why it just looks better to me. I feel like it's a good idea to mix both arts in one game, it's kinda refreshing. But, of course, this is also really good. Just I prefer the other ones.
