Not done just yet. Still have to add in the mountain tiles, but everything else for the world map tiles is all done.
I also added on snow tiles by editing the desert ones. I don't have a complete knowledge of how RMVXA handles TileSets just yet so I may need to shift some tiles around once I understand them more. Right now, some upper-level tiles are automatically placing lower level grass underneath them, and I have no idea why, heh.
But the World Map TileSet will be available for all really soon.
Hey, I can help with the issue of the Mountains Tilesets. I finished organizing, could be useful. Would you like it pass?

¡Bravo! ¡Magnífico! It is an incredible work! I've always wanted to draw these tiles for my game, but I do not know how. In any case I'm glad to finally see a Final Fantasy in RPG Maker VX Ace. My language is Spanish, but I'll play this game even if it's in English. It look's great!
P.D.: One last thing. Could you tell me how you managed to extract these graphics? I always wanted to get my hands on them, but never found them.
