Also also, PMB is installed silently with a League of Legends install (and many other free-to-play MMOs), so if you guys are experiencing latency or have limited internet, check out your running processes for pmb.exe!

I just wanted to bring to your attention that you can actually control the amount of bandwidth that Pando Media Booster uses when it is installed (as well as turn it off/on, set cache options, and change a number of other things).
