QUIVERSEE'S PROFILE

While walking down the sidewalk, I see some strange pills lying on the ground. I pick one up, look at it, decide its nothing special, and toss it over my shoulder. Suddenly the pill bursts and the ground shakes, opening a chasm in which I fall and die, dropping my glasses just before it opened.

Not much has changed with Sonic. He got different powers and items in each game. It just kept growing and growing into this. He's still the same ol' blue blur. Except now he has gay quotes like "Princess... Smile!"

Started off with rings and emeralds, then got Tails, then got special auras life fire, magnet, etc. He got a hang glider, an airplane, then travelled through time, (I forget the special thing in Sonic 3D), then Chao-ring trail boosty thing-charged spin attack thing-and-whatever else in SA1, then Rail shoes... Then a team-work ethic. He's raced, boxed, snow/airboarded, defied his own speed powers, drove a boat or whatever in Sonic Rush Adventure, then a werewolf darkside of the chaos emeralds power or some crazy-elastic-arm power, then a sword.

Honestly people. There never really is any old Sonic. He grew with each game, getting various arsenals. It's easy to sneer at this with disdain, but we won't KNOW until we play. Don't look at this as trying to make Sonic cooler. He's too cool to try and be cool! It's a part of Sonic the Hedgehog's character.

Man, I disagree wholeheartedly. Sonic reached the point of no return with (or after, depending on who you ask) Sonic Adventure 2. The peak of Sonic's playability and character design was Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and most people agree on this.

It's kinda funny. In a way I agree with you both. On one hand, Sonic was great and getting beter in his original platformer series', and although I think that the 3D games were ok, they left too much to be desired and caused things to plummet. Yet. like dudesoft said, he hasn't changed, he just has new friends and new (usually worse) lines. All in all though, giving him a sword is still going too far... I wonder if Sion's idea will ever come true (about him being bought off). Hmm.....

Ok got some bad news. Gaunt an I were trying to get another friend in, and he's not coming at all. sorry, he just doesnt like 4thE at all.

Good news! Gaunt and I were able to get NoblemanNick's maptool working! He can join in next game.

Any updates on people getting Vent yet? Or is it still a little to early to ask that?
