Yes, I'm not talking about the max level. I'm talking about how to get
the strongest regular battle skills, they're based on levels.
(For example, the Admirals will get their strongest regular battle skills
when they reach Lv.55 and Lv.60)

To get Usopp Golden Pound, you must get all his regular skills first.
Then, he'll get the another skill based on his special events.
If you rarely using Usopp, you're probably missed his special events.

Then it's better to find Auto-Regen cards for your melee fighter.
It's called Zoan Lv.1, Zoan Lv.2 or Zoan Lv.3 Card.

You can get Thread from a monster called Venosnaker.
but i have only reached 45 for 2 characters while the others are near 40. thus i may beat the arc in lvl 45-40 right? also what special event you talk about? i participated in most event battles. and what about those who unlocked all skills in around lvl 40?
and i didn't knew what ''regen rate'' means and thought it's the same with ''recovery effect'' thanks for this information (despite most charachters aren't DF users)

there are many websites that has the game in that version and thus someone has somehow ported that version 2-3 years ago (i already noticed that it's old when i readed DLC tip), and thanks for the help but all i need is some tips to beat perona and the 3rd challenge of grand line nightmare mode. also where to find linen for a side quest

Ohh I see. Yes, it's really easy to port OPWOT to web version,
since this game was made using engine that supports HTML5.

Perona? Use Usopp, he has the right skill to defeat Perona,
you can try various skills that inflict bad status.
Some hard bosses have certain weakness, including Rob Lucci.

Tell me the name of that side quest. It'll help me to recall
the right location and give you the correct hint. :)

still wonder what skill he has beside the gunpowder and flame star. despite he has good RNG but killed in 3-4 hits. while sanji can burn most of them easly and reduce their INT and RNG too. i know they are weak against fire attacks but at what point with low lvl. and i can't debuff them with their negative hollow
the quest name was ''primary needs'' and it's in orange town

Usopp has many skills that inflict bad status with pretty high chance,
like Distract, Wildrage, Provoke. His Golden Pound Hammer is really great.
It inflicts "Distract" with 80% chance. (Distract will lower enemy's
Accuracy by 50%, makes their attack keep on missing. Perona hates this.)

And he's a good AoE, the only one that can use summon card. Mohmoo and
Dorry+Brogy can deal pretty high elemental-RNG DMG to all enemies.
The enemy can't counter RNG attack, and it works even better if you know
their elemental weakness.

Raising Usopp and Robin's level is easier if you have reached the high
level area with 2 or 3 party members cover them, you'll need their
skills in some areas / dungeons.

But of course at the end of the day, it's just suggestion, the game gives
you freedom to build your own crew with your favorite battle cards.
You can still beat Perona with Full DMG Dealers in the crew by equipping
the right Battle Cards.

what lvl should i reach to get that skill. also most of the crew lvls are around 45-38 so should i rais them to 40? also i just remembered the unluckies summon card with fire based attack which also her weakness

there is a glitch in this downloaded version of WOT
MY PROGRESS HAS BEEN REMOVED!!! i can't belive after all that hard work the progress was cleared. i was playing the web version and this platinum version i downloaded it to see if the game is easly beatable than web version but lost progress in half the road. i redownloaded the game copy/paste the save file to it but still nothing sloved. i am just in part where to build thousand sunny (and almost near the archigapolo in web version 4.08) BTW there is a glitch where helempo card (red one) is droped in swift booster instead of rage one

Yes, if I remember correctly, I had to re-arrange some cards order
in the item list on the later version of the game, and lock the older
version by using specific event/switch. Or else, it'll make you have
7-8 epic cards earlier, and more "game breaking" glitches will
follow due to this "epic card" as "key item" issue. I put the detail
in a README / txt file that comes with the game itself.

Could I ask you, where do you play the web version? It must be outdated,
or in common cases, that version must be uploaded by someone else, not me.

More tips : Auto-Regen with Double Turn effect is very deadly, you'll
beat this game easily by equip these two. Of course, HADES is still
the exceptional one, you need max level, ultimate weapon cards, and all
enhanced battle cards to defeat that secret boss.
