The chances of doing that to a boss (most of whom resist statuses), with a weapon (most of which already have pitiful infliction chances), are astronomically low. Look at it this way: If you had gone and bought a lottery ticket that day instead of playing P3, you might have financed your gamer lifestyle permanently! :D

author=MiracleSpecifically, Versa is abbreviating the common term "Major Arcana", as opposed to Minor Arcana; these are the Suits used on Tarot cards. The Minor Arcana are Swords, Wands, Cups, and Coins; Major Arcana stretch from Fool to World across a sort of symbolic self-searching journey. These iconic images are generally used in fortune-telling to predict things about a person's life, and each one has various meanings depending on where in the process it comes up, and whether it is normally, properly aligned or Reversed, which changes its meaning significantly.
So what is an Arcana anyways? :D

Is it just me or is that font on the status bars at the bottom there the old Enix font? I would swear that's what they used in a bunch of stuff - Robotrek and the Gaia series come to mind immediately - and that font on its own hits me with a nostalgia wave, with the approxmate force of a Mack truck filled with other, smaller trucks.
Edit: Aaaaand looking back it seems I'm late to the party, so to speak, with this recognition. Someone even posted the typeface name in previous blog/image responses. I suppose that's what I get for not paying attention to updates for a while. x_x

If you want to be a real jerk, use Grand or Kaiser Dragon with Ryu in any of those scenarios. Ouch.
