I think the majority vote is that Shadow is retarded and is an empty shell of a Sonic palette swap. His game is one of the most ridiculed games to graze consoles in the past few years.

nah, i actually find shadow to be pretty cool. I will agree with you that the game was a piece of shit but the character definitely isn't. I read somewhere that he is in the top 5 of best characters in sonic.
That doesn't prove he's good.

I actually liked Shadow the Hedgehog
Why?
1.It allowed multiple storylines and multiple outcomes which gave it replay ability
2.It featured everyone's favorite badass hedgehog
3.Eggman wasn't the main villian
4.It had guns
1. There were only like 2-3 different real endings. They all just had different backgrounds or 1/2 different lines.
2. An emo palette swap of Sonic. Fail.
3. That makes a game good?
4. They added guns to a sonic game, fail.
1.You killed Eggman and Sonic in endings it was awesome
2.It only had a few levels with tails' bad voice acting
3.Shadow's not evil, just misunderstood
4.It was a new concept
1. They wasted all that much memory that they could have spent on better game aspects, and they had 8 or so different endings, those two being the same.
2. ...What does that have to do with Shadow being a terrible character?
3. What does that have to do with Eggman's antagonism?
4. And it sucked.
