Asian electrical outlets don't have to be grounded? Or are those American electric outlets that aren't up to code and the poster simply prefers to post in an Asian language? Because they looked American but then I saw it was in an Asian language, and don't they realize that that's really not safe? I mean, fortunately, there's nothing plugged into it but they've got those babies right next to it? It's hard to tell; can they reach it, because that could be really bad?

I'm worried about those little babies, now.

In Japan they also use the American-style outlets. The title is clearly in Japanese "(Morumotto akachan) muttsu ko" Morumotto has to be guinea pigs, so "guinea pig babies: 6 little ones"
