Techyon: You can go down and walk below the ice in some parts. I remember there was an item you could get mid-game that would allow you to skip that dungeon entirely ... but it's been awhile and I've forgotten. :o
Yes, I did go below the ice...that's where I managed to push the boulder onto the switch... but if you don't remember what to do, then God save us all.

Sorry to bump this thread up, but I didn't want to create another one with the same name.
I'm currently heading to Beaufort, and it's snowing there e.t.c e.t.c
I entered the ice cavern, and pushed a boulder onto the switch. Later, I did that arrow puzzle (moving a bunch of tiles to point towards the left), and pushed another button. Now what do I do? Two of the pillars are glowing red, and I don't see any way to progress.
Again, sorry for bumping this thread...but with the PM system acting all funny, I really didn't have much of a choice.

Thanks man, got it. And great game so far, the only gripe I have with it is searching for ingredients =P , that and the abysmal amount of gold you get from battles.

Three the Hard way Help needed
I'm currently doing the quest where you have to find the missing votes for an election. I've searched both the villages (called East and West Hildebrand) and Vance got poisoned eating the Salted fish at West Hildebrand.
Anyway, I've searched the shrine to the south as well where the votes were tallied, all I found was a rope.
Does any one know how to finish this quest?
