Swine Flu
I heard that even though it is a combination of the swine, bird, and human flu, H1N2 won't kill you unless you would die from the flu normally (i.e. you are very old, very young, or very sick). As such, I think the media is just hyping it up waaaay too much. Just like they do with everything else.
Habits
I pop all these joints:
Yeah, I need to fix that. That's the only thing that comes to mind, although I'm sure I have other bad habits, like forgetting simple things.
- Fingers (including thumbs), both the base joint and the middle one
- Back (from the very top down to the last couple of lumbar
- Wrists
- Elbows
- Neck
- Knees
- Ankles
- Big toe and the toe right next to it
Yeah, I need to fix that. That's the only thing that comes to mind, although I'm sure I have other bad habits, like forgetting simple things.
What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
The only one I'm currently playing is Final Fantasy VIII. Never actually played it, but since my room mate has it, might as well. Magic system is... well... different, to say the least.
The ones that I have started but I need to pick up now are Fallout 3 (PS3), Oblivion (PS3), Final Fantasy VII Perfect Game, Final Fantasy IX EXII Perfect Game, Final Fantasy XII, Dark Cloud, Dark Cloud 2, Star Ocean: First Departure... the list just goes on. What tends to happen is I start playing a game, then get bored and switch to another one. My room mates call me fickle ;D

Hey everybody,
I've actually been looking on this site a lot, as I was looking for something to do over the summer and figured, "Hey, making an err-peh-grr sounds like fun. Why don't I do that?" That, and the idea of making one has always held my interest (I used to want to be a game designer when I was younger... five or six years ago, I think). So this is my creative story-telling side coming out :D
Anyway, if you've got any tips for a new guy as to common mistakes people make when creating RPGs (or even uncommon mistakes), feel free to let me know. I'm grateful for the opportunity this community has provided for me, and I hope to release the game I'm currently working on. If only I could draw on the computer with MS Paint (or just draw in general...).
PS: Maybe one day I'll release the game I'm making. But it probably won't be until I have some good pictures that I made myself. Damn me and my impatience when it comes to drawing!
PPS: By the way, my game is about 5 minutes long. Took me about 3 days to do that, working on and off every few hours. Not counting the 4 hours I spent watching tutorials on youtube.
