Who cares if the characters have ears? Gameplay is all that really matters. Minecraft characters look stupid but I still play the game :P

Hmm, I dunno. When I played it, I never felt the sprites looked out of place or jarring or anything.
It might help the sprite to have a shadow. And in one of the images here with low lighting, with the lighting filters applied to the sprite, it looks really good.
So while I do think there are a few things that can/will make it look even better, whatever the reason, technical or personal taste, I can't agree with the complaint.

Some interesting character designs but the sexualization seems kinda...cheesy and sleazy. haha Hard nips and camel toe and side boob, oh my.
