A penis in and of itself doesn't look retarded or unnatural. I didn't say that. It has nothing to do with censorship or art.
Considering the enemy and way you drew it, it looks retarded. He already looks like a giant penis, with a long penis arm. It's overkill.
Other people don't not draw penis's on their enemies because they are consciously hiding body parts or ashamed of the naked body. It's because it looks dumb and juvenile. Not all (real life)creatures have a human-like penis and I can't imagine why this monster needs one.
