For the soundtracks, I permit the use of it in other medias or personal use as long as it's not commercial, in fact, all assets of Dreaming Mary are open for personal usage. You can even get the whole maps of the game here! http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=44142279

To clear up the HP amount of the enemies, yes, the modes affects enemies' HP.
I initially designed the battle system so that the movesets are customizable and the players can edit them as they wish, choosing what element to pair with what element by themselves. However we decided that that wasn't possible to accomplish given the short time. If we were to make another game with this battle system in the future, most likely we will put this feature in.

Yup, though the game do have buffs. There are 6 painting skills (in-battle passive skills) cor can learn in total, and they all have different uses. Including Atk/def boost, gradual damage to the enemy, or invincibility for cor. See if you can find them all~
(There are 6 guard skills in total too, 3 for Agiel and 3 for Zophie)

Yes, your health is restored after every battle so you don't have to use any items outside of them~
Still, from the beta testers' experience even with that you will most likely have used up a lot (if not all) of them by the time you reach the last boss xD
