Quick question before I disappear to make this project, the wording in the OP confused me on reading, is the in engine RTP required? Or are we able to craft new ones and supply it to those we hand the game off to?

Am I allowed to jump in? Just saw that you groovy cats already got started here, and I don't want to jump the gun and get on your toes and what not, but I'd love to be apart of this. I was only saying I'd take up the challenge of those other engines if someone wants me to since people mentioned them, but I'm leaning towards a VX ACE game.

I already have a full idea for a 30 minuteish set up to hand off to someone, so if there's room, I'd like to kick ass and swap it up.
