i dont think that has any bearing on their alignments at all.
Actually, if the forbidden action of a Townie is meant to act as a hindrance to Town (which would make a lot of sense), then it's highly likely that all three are innocent.
It doesn't make as much sense, IMO, for a Mafia member to ask me a question only to receive a lie, because chances are the Mafia has a good understanding of the "truth" already - They are Mafia after all, only THEY know who's scum and who's not.

My reckoning is either they're all scum, which is stupid, or they're all innocent, which is more likely IMO - esp. as Gourd has some sort of relation to demonlord
