What annoys you in a game?
I'm generally not a fan of large amounts of exploration coupled with random encounters. And teenage protagonists. God knows how sick I am of teenage protagonists.

author=yamata no orochi link=topic=2679.msg50350#msg50350 date=1229026298These, although I think 20th Century Boys dragged on for too long to be better than Monster. The ending in 21st Century Boys was a little too abrupt for my tastes and kind-of lackluster/anticlimax.
For the manga-inclined, 20th Century Boys by Naoki Urasawa has some of the best cliffhangers in any medium and is such an excellent series that it nearly redeems its terrible ending. Monster by the same author resembles a much more mature and entertainingDeath Note, but 20th Century Boys is better.
EDIT: Oh you did mention the ending, hehe.

Well I've lived in at least four different places, and currently I live in Manchester, the city everyone with at least a little musical knowledge knows and to be honest isn't anything special apart from that!

Internet persona vs "Real life" persona
I don't like to think there's a difference between my "internet persona" and "real-life persona" because I don't like believing the internet is a world of its own. Nonetheless, I am always the type of guy who sits behind the shadows watching the passers-by (apparently I am an enigmatic type to numerous people around me). I don't tend to have much of an influence in either "world"; I'm just........there.

author=nickad link=topic=2519.msg51771#msg51771 date=1229921892I don't think the DS has that kind of processing power. Every "dungeon" map had battles right inside it, and it would probably be really tedious work (and maybe not even possible) to get all the movements right.
I think that Square-Enix should have done what they've been doing for the Final Fantasy remakes on DS... MAKE IT 3D and add new features (nothing too game-changing... Possibly what they did with FFIV).

Lavos 3 - Uzzi Punch left bit twice and it dies. Right bit drops defense, Omega flare several times. He revives bit, keep using omega flare, center lavos dies. He raises defense, then immediatley drops it to revive lavos; keep spamming the same attack and use megaelixers they essentially GIVE YOU 12 and congratulations; you just face smashed the final boss.
