That's unfortunate. Keep looking, applying, and building your portfolio and hopefully the next chance will work out better! (and hopefully ol' shitstain Murdoch doesn't buy out wherever you're working in the meantime)
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.
Becoming popular enough that I'm able to sell out to a megacorporation is my life's dream.
If you don't have to move, take the job. The bad thing about this is that the company might restructure soon and lay you off - but you'll have a few months of experience in the industry, and a few months of paychecks.

Yeah...I mean it's still not confirmed that he's definitely gonna take-over (the deal has to get past UK regulators first), but tbh I'm not too sure about the company anyway. I think they're low-balling me with their offer and I didn't really like the manager who interviewed me.

I've already sold out to a megacorp. I've been working for said megacorp for the best part of three years. It's okay. Good points and bad points. The project I'm working on right now is a steaming pile of shit though, which is why I'm looking to move.
