The moral here is to use RMN's free hosting because its free and awesome and why the heck wouldn't you.
Because I'm not uploading a 200 MB file every frickin update I push out

But you don't even have a game to update regularly and even if you did, it's better to release patches rather than ask people to re-download an entire game. You can do what people with common sense do and have mirror links in your game page to download while you wait for a staff to allow your download here.

Anyway, that list in the OP needs to be updated as many games have broken links, no downloads or can't be reviewed because there is no download on the download page (it's been posted elsewhere).

Weather Effects

This is so overwhelming.

Leaked?

I remember you wanting testers so decided not to download it, now I wish I did. Could've made millions. :<

RMN4 Search for a game w/out a review

Not only that but a way to weed out games with no download links or invalid ones.

London Riots

Seriously, people need to stop raging about stuff without looking into the facts. It's not like the Student Loans Company are going to come knocking on your door for money, because they're not allowed to do that. That's just not how it works. It isn't like America were a family has to save up or get a loan from an actual bank or something. The SLC is a government-run agency, they aren't a bank.

I was overpaid a year ago in a grant I thought I was meant to be getting (by SLC) but apparently not. I was sent a letter brandishing a red warning saying that I had to repay everything back straight away. After trying to find out how this was possible, the LEA simply said it was a mistake made by the SLC. I called them up and tried to negotiate a long-term pay-back but the man on the phone was very aggressive and insisted that I pay everything back at once. I couldn't as the amount was huge, thankfully I had my dad to turn to and borrowed off him for the time being. Waiting on the phone for over half an hour per call wasn't fun either.

My younger brother applied through SLC and it was highlighted in the press about long-delayed payments. The online system back in the summer 2010 was a shamble but they seem to have got their act together after two of their bosses were forced to leave.

I'm not ungrateful for an avenue to go to higher education for low-income families but raising tuition fees to keep people in debt for longer is just wrong IMO.

However linking this to the riots is silly, that I thought would be obvious to people but apparently not.

@supremewarrior: RE: Police carrying guns. Yes that should be the case but from my own experiences down here and even yesterday during the riots, not one single policeman had a firearm on him. It's probably different down south where tougher law enforcers are deployed. :P

So which police in London use guns?

We have the Metropolitan Police here and they usually are not armed. Seen many walk around but they never carry guns, only batons, handcuffs and some sprays. There are other special units that are armed namely the counter-terrorism unit who are reserved for those circumstances. In a way, you could say the riots are a form of terrorism but the police are too afraid of public opinion to do anything it seems. Don't blame them tbh.

London Riots

Police said that the man shot the copper and it hit his radio. It turns out the bullet in the radio was from a police-issue gun. The man's gun was loaded but was never fired (but now they're saying just because we can't prove it was fire, we can't prove it wasn't fire). Doesn't explain why the initial report said he fired first, seems like a cover-up of sorts. That's why there's so much anger and frustration in Tottenham.

Anyway, today seems relatively quiet. Police have said they will use plastic bullets if needed.

I hear that England is blaming it on video games like GTA. I personally blame riots and looting on... PEOPLE WANT FREE SHIT.

I saw a picture somewhere regarding that and thought it was a joke at first but apparently not. London Evening Standard was reporting it. Just goes to show, they have nothing to add to the debate.
