how many of those side quest medal things are there i read if you get them all the finall boss has a extra form i want to make sure i do every thing in the game as i plan to give a review (and sorry to say so far i dont plan to give a verry postive review thoe if the story turns around i may change my mind)

Yes, it's recently become known that the quest journal creates an incompatibility between versions. If you're experiencing the Ascog bug, and muting the sound and/or replacing the Audio folder with the one from the Deluxe Edition doesn't help, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done other than restarting in the Deluxe Edition.
I would offer to edit your save file for you and place you within the castle, but I no longer have the source code for the Humble Bundle version of the game.
maybe you can tell me what to edit
edit: nm its working i had been muting the sound of my computer not the game sound i had wondered how muting my computer would help im dumb
say what plot changes are in the delux version any ways?

and ic ant just use the delux version becuse i dont want to start the entire game over
Your save files should be compatible with the deluxe edition.
I don't see any reason why you can't preserve your save files. The save files are located in the game directory. They are are labeled Quest followed by the save slot number. You should also copy over the png file that goes with each one.
