I need help with a RPG maker VX acde game i am making

Hi!
For 1, I kinda am confused as to what exactly you want to do.
For weapon-bound skills though, it's very easy in ace. Just insert an 'Add Skill' feature to the weapon.
For 2, Check this out.
For 3, well... I'm quite busy myself.
I'd also like to tell you that most people will be reluctant to help you with a project. Especially since you don't have proof of reliability (i.e. a completed game).

1. an idea for the combat sytem i have is 3 of the characters will have 3 weapons on them at all time and you would select which to use for an atack spc atack ect (i would also like to add combos with this if possible)
2. i want to use the battle system where you see your characters off to the side rather than the first person style
3. just over all help in making the game if possible (i know its unlikely but never hurts to ask as they say)

I played April's Adventures back in 2003 had a lesbian main character, but it wasn't about sex... she just was.

^ i was mostly looking for free ware stuff i dotn havea 360 and my pc cant run games like mass effect (granted im not a huge fan of Wrpgs any ways thoe i did enjoy jade empire but from what ive heard most ppl say thats not a good example of a Wrpg)

im enjoying this so far im at the wind cave few things thoe
1. i dont like hwo u cna start with lvl 2 and 3 charge atacks i kinda wish u had to earn them like in the original
2. hit box on slimes (as in when they hit you) is a bit odd not sure if u can do anything about it thoe
