Enemy Units don't attack the main character in SRPG95 HELP

ok so im making a game in SRPG 95 value which is a updated version of sim rpg 95, but i have certen enemy units that during game play they refuse to fight they just follow the character around, BUT i have it set for them to attack, so PLEASE HELP

IM SORRY, FOR ANY TROUBLE I MADE.

hi, so right now i am on my computer, and on my computer i have a acoount named artix5455 AND, i must of forgot i had this account(i aint got the best memory) and i must of made a new account on my phone, and im sorry for this, but sometimes when on my phone using this site it would double post the same post and topic and that is not my fault, but for everything else i am sorry, for any trouble i have cause and i hope you guys can forgive me.

HELP< how do i export and import color palettes in graphicsgale for these sprites








THESE ARE THE SPRITES THAT IM TRYING TO GET THE SAME COLOR PALATE AND SAME TYPE PICTURE AS THIS

BTW THESE ARE ALL IN PNG BUT THEY MUST BE BMP FOR GAME, IF SOMEONE COULD TELL ME HOW TO DO IT, THEN THANK YOU, BUT IF SOMEONE CAN DO IT I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY, THANKS
