Poor text got sliced off by the edge of the window.
Also, if DASH doesn't work, you should probably take that out of the menu. My character doesn't seem to dash. And that disappointed me. I wanted to be zoomin' around. Unless I guess you plan it for later or maybe I was just pressing the wrong key. But even having it on on default didn't seem to make my character move faster. If I find any more bugs etc. I'll post them here. :)

I think Dash has to do with Jessen or Spring... One them will eventually beable to learn to Dash as a passive ability. Similar to Thief from FF5.

I just got Storm and Jessen and so far I'm having fun and haven't had any problems (except for two instances of the text being cut off by the window--I caught one in a screenshot if you want me to show you and the other small cut off didn't make anything unreadable). Can't wait to play more later. It definitely has the nostalgia FF vibe that I've missed! :)
One thing I kinda wish you guys would do is add things I can find not in chests. Give me a reason to click everywhere! :P

Also, a lot of pots and boxes DO have items in them. Only in towns though.

Re-downloaded this morning and still nothing happens when I use the .exe. How am I the only person with this problem? =(
I wish I could be better help :(. I really want everyone to be able to play. Is Windows blocking .exe? Maybe you can activate it as an administrator?

Huh. It seems Xander can die and be revived in battle with a Phoenix Down no problem. I have no clue what happened with Keira. She's been dead for like 30 minutes of gameplay is like 2 levels behind now. I accidentally saved over my other file and don't really want to start over...
That is very bizarre. Maybe starting over would be the best option. Its only a 3 hour demo anyway. We are currently trying to figure this and other mysterious bugs out. It seems like everytime we update something it causes another thing to break lol.

We canceled the submission to work on a last minute bug since our scripter was available. We'll probably submit again soon.

Ok... I'm going to be a fan boy to this game. I can already tell. I love that Laine has Blue Magic. I love Blue Mages. Also the Martial Arts is a really cool idea. The game so far makes me think of FF5, which happens to be my favorite FF game. Very happy with the sneak peak here. Can't wait to see the entire game! Keep up the great work.
Thanks :). I personally love FF5 a lot too. Before I joined Essence I was making an FF5 sequel and when I stopped to join I carried over some of my ideas and character graphics lol. Oh and I love Blue Mages as well. They never got the attention they deserve :(.
Demo Details
We need to stop making promises about the Demo lol! Thank God college life has slowed down and I can work on it again. There was literally a 2 month period where no one editing the game because of conflicts, but now the cogs are turning once again.

Right now, we are correcting dialogue since that was the biggest problem. Gameplay bugs seem to have all been fixed. I suck at knowing where to put my commas and apostrophes... lol.
It seems like every time i wanna release it there is something big that pops out of nowhere. Also, I just moved to a new college, and session started last week... so I had to stop working on it literally. I honestly tried to get it done before school started but I failed.

2 or 3 hours. According to my gameplay outline it is approximately the equivalent of reaching Fabul in FF4... or Wals in FF5. The 2nd demo, which I want to release by December, should be 7 hours. Wish we could work faster but college, bills, and laziness come first haha. At least I can say we've done more than Chrono Crisis ever did :P
